• AP LIVE’s Nicola attended as a Hosted Buyer. This provided access to over
  1200 suppliers. Hosted Buyers selected their top 50 suppliers and
  approximately 30 meetings were set up across the 3 days to network with
  chosen suppliers.
• A diary of pre-booked meetings was arranged to save time waiting by
  stands until a supplier is free, to ensure the event runs smoothly and to
  optimise on time to provide key networking opportunities for all attendees
  and suppliers.
• Day 1 involved attending a network event at Hotel Art in the Royal Suite,
  located on the 43rd floor, overlooking incredible views across Barcelona
  including the La Sagrada Familia.
• Day 2 featured a tour of the accommodation, the W Barcelona, viewing the
  3 levels of rooms and the incredible suite overlooking the beach and spa.
  The tour included amenities such as the gym, spa, pool, bar and
  restaurants.
• Following the site visit, the W Barcelona hosted a a networking event in
  their SALT Restaurant. which AP LIVE attended to meet key players in the
  industry.

IBTM World was a fantastic networking opportunity to meet key industry suppliers. AP LIVE were thrilled to have attended and had some fruitful conversations with key suppliers over the course of the three days.

It was great to check out some of the venues that Barcelona had to offer. This means that we are best equipped to offer these to any of our clients wishing to host events there. The tour of the W Barcelona proved it to be a fantastic venue with conference rooms, accommodation, and all of the amenities you’d expect from a high-end hotel, with the added bonus of sea views.
