- Third-Party Vendor Management: Coordinated local crew, security, staffing, furniture, staging, and more.
- Content Management: Ensured that all presentations and digital content were optimised and ready for display.
- Translation Services: Provided both personal 1:1 and virtual translation services for English and Japanese-speaking attendees, ensuring inclusivity for all participants.
