Overview of AGM
AP LIVE proudly supported a prominent American based global investment firm during their Annual General Meeting (AGM) for their subsidiary company in Amsterdam. This AGM provided investors with opportunities for one-to-one meetings, as well as various networking events spanning over two days. For 2024, we moved to Capital C, an innovative event space to facilitate our clients AGM, and hosted their Gala Dinner at De Duif, one of Amsterdam’s oldest churches and event venues.
The event programme included:
- Accommodation: Arranged across four locations in Amsterdam
- One-on-One Meetings: Private sessions with clients
- LPAC Meetings: Limited Partner Advisory Committees
- Plenary Conference: Engaging discussions and presentations
- Networking Receptions: Onboard hospitality canal boats touring the city
- Gala Dinner: Held at De Duif
- Management Meetings: Catered breakfast and lunch

- Event Management Support: Comprehensive pre-event planning and onsite execution
- Venue Sourcing: Contracting & communication management for two venues and four hotels
- Vendor Coordination: Management of local crew, security, staffing, furniture, RAMS, entertainment, catering, guest management, and delegate transfers
- Technical Setup: Oversight of all technical requirements, partnering with Absolute Audio Visual Solutions for expert consultation
- Onsite Technical Team: Included a Technical Manager, Graphics Operator, Auto Prompt Operator, and Show Caller
- Event Build and De-rigging: Managed setup on the first day and teardown after the event
- Catering Tasting: Food and wine selection for the Gala Dinner two months prior to the event
- Onsite Signage: All printing and signage produced in-house, designed by Display Graphics and printed locally
