  • Onsite Technical Team: Delivering a skilled team including a Technical Director, Technical Manager, E2 Operator, and VIMIX Streaming Operator.
  • Guest Management: Providing an onsite delegate manager and event manager to ensure smooth guest experiences across all locations.

Overcoming Challenges

This year, AP LIVE faced the challenge of managing three major client events simultaneously: a week-long Advertising Conference in London, a three-day financial investment banking conference, and Global Marketing Week in Toronto. While overlapping dates could cause concern, our extensive network of freelance experts allowed us to ensure the right personnel were in place for all of our clients events.
