Overview of Global Marketing Week
In 2024, Global Marketing Week was held in Toronto, Canada, where AP LIVE supported the World Federation of Advertisers’ comprehensive week-long program across two key locations. The event featured a variety of gatherings, from small executive meetings to large forums, culminating in the Annual Global Marketer Conference, which welcomed over 500 attendees in partnership with The Association of Canadian Advertisers.

- Registration Platform Management: Sourcing, designing, and building the registration platform, event app, and supporting website.
- Delegate Accreditation: Onsite management and delivery of delegate accreditation.
- Session Tracking: Attendance tracking and reporting for all sessions.
- Technical Oversight: Managing technical setups across all sessions.
- Collaboration with AV Experts: Our partners at Absolute Audio Visual Solutions provided a Technical Director to handle local supplier coordination.
- Local Supplier Management: Liaising with additional local suppliers for a seamless experience.
- Onsite Technical Team: Delivering a skilled team including a Technical Director, Technical Manager, E2 Operator, and VIMIX Streaming Operator.
- Guest Management: Providing an onsite delegate manager and event manager to ensure smooth guest experiences across all locations.
