Providing production services for an annual partner conference for 1400 people
The AP Group were asked to provide technical and scenic production for all the presentation spaces used across the principality. We also created and installed bespoke walling, display counters and a full-service bar in Le Meridian, which was used as a working space in the day, and lounge in the evenings.
In addition, there were multiple breakout spaces, and evening events as well as other areas such as the activation/exhibition area including 40 exhibits and custom dispense bars.
