AP LIVE Returns to Japan: Supporting Blockchain community events in Japan

In September, AP LIVE made its highly anticipated return to Japan to host a series of impactful blockchain community events. As we soared past the iconic Mount Fuji en route to Tokyo, we were reminded of this remarkable country’s breathtaking beauty and rich culture.

With a deep commitment to service and hospitality, Japan is renowned for its exceptional spirit and strong work ethic. Therefore this makes it the perfect backdrop to deliver unforgettable experiences for our client’s attendees.

Our role in Community events:

Community members play a vital role in the blockchain industry. At AP LIVE, we were privileged to provide the opportunity for our client to connect with passionate attendees to discuss the company’s 10-year history and explore future prospects. In addition, the networking events saw the sharing of personal stories where the genuine enthusiasm of everyone was almost tangible.

Though some events may share similar core content, at AP LIVE, we understand that no two events are alike. In Tokyo, we partnered with the prestigious Tokyo Tech Institute to host up to 300 guests in a dynamic environment. This venue is one of the homes of our client’s research centers. Meanwhile, in Osaka, an intimate rooftop restaurant was sourced by one of the community members, accommodating up to 100 attendees for a cosy and engaging atmosphere.

Since some guests may not be able to attend in person, we offered live streaming to our global audience. With inclusivity and accessibility front of mind, we provided our advanced virtual off-site translation services. Therefore, both in-person and virtual participants could enjoy the content in English or Japanese.

The week was packed with an incredible schedule designed to maximise the leadership team’s time in Japan.  AP LIVE supported this with personalised 1:1 translation services and videography & photography services across multiple locations.

From hand-carrying items during our flights, to utilising sustainable practices with our trusted local and international vendors, we ensure that the only things we leave behind are lasting memories and exceeded KPI’s.

Summary:

Hosting events at one of our client’s esteemed research centers and also at a beloved restaurant brought the blockchain community together in two intimate settings with significant meanings. It was heartwarming to see many community members travel from Tokyo to Osaka for the second session. Everybody was eager to engage and learn. Witnessing the enthusiasm of guests as they absorbed the insights shared by our client was truly inspiring.

Japan is a remarkable destination…. It offers a unique blend of beauty and culture for both visitors and companies alike. We are immensely grateful to our client for the opportunity to return to this extraordinary place.
