Toni has recently joined the AP LIVE team after relocating from South Africa.
Toni absolutely loves travelling, from experiencing different cultures and people to food, and history and is very much enjoying her time in the UK so far.

What you see is what you get! I am a down to earth, go with the flow kind of a gal. I have recently immigrated to the UK from sunny South Africa. The main reason for this is huge change in my life is that it is just so much easier to travel from the UK. So little time with so much to see. I love experiencing the different cultures, people, food, and history! Did anybody tell you that your country is Gorgeous!!!! I absolutely love it here.

What I wanted to be when I was younger
I started off studying cosmetology so that I could go into the film make up industry. Unfortunately back in the 80’s there was not a huge film industry in South Africa, and when I make an application to join the local television station instead I was told I needed to study a further 4 years hairdressing! Being young and chomping at the bit to start earning a salary I tossed that idea and went into accounting and administration instead. The rest is history.
